Job Title : TEMP Human Resources Assistant

Job Type : Temporary (90 Days to cover for a maternity leave)

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (IN Office)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to temporarily support our client's HR department during a 90-day maternity leave coverage. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with standard business hours of 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. This is an in-office position, daily.

The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth HR operations, assist with employee communications, maintain records, and support key HR functions such as onboarding, file management, and general employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical
• Support payroll and benefits administration tasks as needed
• Respond to internal HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Help coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR-related events
• Ensure confidentiality and security of HR data and files
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
