A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of Account Managers to enhance relationship management and key account growth

Define and implement strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals while monitoring team performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and optimize account management processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

10-12+ years of experience in account management or sales, with at least 8 years in a leadership role

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a track record of driving growth

Deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
