Compensation Details: The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually, plus bonus. Growth: Paid training, career advancement, and a team that values your expertise. What You'll Do: Lead high-impact, complex commercial restoration projects from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety plans. Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters with professionalism and empathy. Ensure projects meet timelines, compliance standards, and quality expectations. What It Takes: 23 years of construction project management experience (restoration preferred). Demonstrated experience completing estimates with software (Xactimate preferred). Familiarity with time and material billing software (experience preferred). Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects under pressure. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively. This is not a desk job.
