Descripción del trabajoSupervise and mentor 5-10 case managers, ensuring consistent service quality Review psychosocials, ILPs (Independent Living Plans), and documentation Support case managers with complex or high-risk client cases Carry a small caseload (2-5 clients) when needed Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with DHS and OTDA standards Conduct internal file reviews and prepare reports for management Provide crisis intervention and coach staff on de-escalation strategies Collaborate with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to improve outcomes 3+ years of Case Management or Social Services experience Bachelor's Degree Experience working with homeless or MICA populations Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills 1+ year of experience in a Supervisory role Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
