Prior Authorization Supervisor

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Supervisor, Specialty Testing - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee work assignments and ensure efficient task distribution

Audit employee work for accuracy and provide feedback for performance enhancement

Maintain compliance with specialty test regulations and address policy updates

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required

Minimum 1 year of experience in prior authorizations strongly preferred

3+ years of leadership experience strongly preferred

Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance claims and medical benefits strongly preferred
