Are you a payroll pro who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment? Our client—an established organization on the east side of Cleveland—is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead full-cycle, multistate payroll processing for a workforce of 200+ employees. This is a contract opportunity with immediate impact and visibility.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle payroll processing across multiple states
Ensure accurate and timely payroll for 200+ employees
Maintain payroll records, deductions, and adjustments
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Qualifications
4+ years of payroll experience, including multistate processing
Proven track record managing payroll for 200+ employees
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Pay Details : $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
