Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in React , Java , Python , MongoDB , and Oracle .
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and contributing to large-scale software architecture.
  • Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with expertise in React, Java, Python, MongoDB, and Oracle to design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions. This role involves consulting on complex initiatives, evaluating multifaceted technical challenges, and driving strategic decisions to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver high-quality software, collaborate across teams, and contribute to long-term technology planning and innovation.

Responsibilities :

  • Consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives with broad business impact.
  • Design and develop high-performance, maintainable applications using React, Java, and Python .
  • Implement and manage databases using MongoDB and Oracle , ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve multi-faceted software challenges, incorporating best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
  • Review technical designs, code, and architecture decisions to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance existing systems and development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
