Job Description Job Description Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care; including examination and accurate diagnosing, review and maintain medical record, treatment/supervision of acute/chronic medical conditions. Order and evalute diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc). Refer patients to a higher level of care when appropriate. Actively engage in patient education. Timely and accurate completion of all necessary charting/paperwork.
