Bronx Ophthalmic Medical Office in of search bilingual, punctual, reliable, and organize individual who works well with others for entry level full-time front desk position.
Primary responsibilities :
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Confirming appointments (phone / SMS text)
- Verify medical insurance
- Maintaining up- to- date patient demographics
- Collect patient payments
- Scanning
- Transportation set-up (for patient who qualify)
