Regulatory Team Member

A member of a world-class regulatory team focused on regulatory excellence to support and manage supplemental registrations for Arxada and affiliated organizations. This team member will be ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering a seamless and supportive experience to our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US EPA regulations, Arxada registrations and offering, understanding of regulatory frameworks, attention to detail with strong organization skills, and a passion for delivering first-class service.

This individual will focus on the following areas :

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures for product area(s).
• Primary point of contact for customer supplemental registrations
• Prepare, submit, and monitor applications for supplemental registrations, label updates, with regulatory authorities.
• Ensure customer / 3d party agreements / documentation meets internal (Arxada Quality Management System) and external compliance standards.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure timely approvals and resolve issues.
• Support internal and regulatory agency audits
• Clearly communicate in a timely manner
• Ensure all client interactions are professional and empathetic.
• Execute process improvement
• Familiarity with CRM / Salesforce or registration tracking software a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

The expected salary range for this role is $83,000 - $97,000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits : 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.

Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.
