We’re looking for an Assistant Controller to lead financial operations, drive process improvements, and partner with leadership in a dynamic and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do :
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Manage month-end and year-end close activities
Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
Strengthen internal controls and streamline workflows
Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy
Supervise and mentor accounting team members
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
Support ERP system enhancements and automation initiatives
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Experience in public accounting and / or ag finance highly valued
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Proven leadership and team development skills
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
