Compliance Project Manager (Prevailing Wage & Domestic Content Tax Compliance)

Remote with 25% travel to Juno Beach, FL, USA

Overview of the Role :

Join a dynamic team where your compliance expertise will directly impact critical energy infrastructure projects. As a Compliance Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring adherence to prevailing wage laws, tax compliance, and domestic content requirements while building robust frameworks that protect and guide major construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Regulatory Interpretation : Interpret complex prevailing wage, start of construction, and domestic content regulations
• Compliance Frameworks : Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance strategies and governance frameworks
• Risk Management : Design proactive risk management systems including Notice & Action Plan (NAP) frameworks
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with legal, HR, operations, and construction teams on compliance integration
• Consultant Oversight : Oversee external consultants and ensure alignment with compliance objectives
• Audit & Reporting : Lead audit planning, reviews, and executive reporting initiatives
• Documentation : Create and maintain essential compliance documentation and SOPs
