Descripción del trabajoOperational readiness Mission impact to Navy missions based on space operations Analyze the impact on Navy missions based on real-time and possible non-US Space related operations, posturing, and development Support the Space Operations Director in developing multiple courses of action (COAs) considering both U.S. and non-US Space resources and capabilities Provide support to the Space Operations Director for Navy and Joint forums, including : Working groups led by CDR USSPACECOM and Director NRO 06 Forum 2-Star Prep Sessions JSWF meetings Space-related Commander Update Briefs Navy Space Integrated Process Team (IPT) meetings Space-related conferences B.S. or B.A degree (4 years of additional experience may be substituted to meet this requirement) Minimum of 7 years of experience performing management analysis, including at least 5 years of specialized experience in areas such as : Configuration management Quality control / assurance Organizational performance assessments Mission analysis Strategic planning Desired experience as a Cyberspace Operations Officer or Space Operations Officer Active TS / SCI clearance with a current polygraph (Counterintelligence (CI) or Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)), successfully completed within the last 6 years High school diploma or GED All candidates must be located at Fort Meade, MD Health Insurance - Centurum provides insurance for employee and dependent in a comprehensive package. Coverage for vision care is included. This option is available on a cost-sharing basis. Dental Insurance - Available in conjunction with Health Insurance for an additional cost. Provides oral maintenance care for employee and dependent. Basic Life Insurance - Company provided benefit for all full-time employees. Supplemental Life Insurance - Optional life insurance coverage to employees at group rates. Dependant Life Insurance - Optional coverage for dependents at a group rate. Long Term Disability Insurance - Optional coverage available to employees at group rates. Vacation and Sick Leave - Leave accrual is determined by length of service. Holidays - The company observes ten paid holidays each year. Retirement 401(k) Plan - Centurum's corporate benefits package includes 401K with a company bi-weekly match and a year-end profit sharing company match for all eligible employees. Investments can be made into selected funds under this plan.
Job Title : N30 / NAVSPACE Senior Management Analyst 2
The N30 / NAVSPACE Senior Management Analyst 2 provides expert management analysis and operational support to Navy and Joint Space operations. This role requires extensive experience in business process reengineering, configuration management, and strategic planning, with a focus on analyzing space-related operational readiness, mission impact, and planning. The analyst will support high-level forums and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop actionable courses of action and ensure mission success.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing recommended Navy plans, instructions, intelligence assessments, battlespace awareness assessments, requirements, and exercise documentation related to Navy and Joint Space operations
- Provide analysis on :
Space Order of Battle
Joint Space Warfighting Forum (JSWF) and associated sub-forums
Minimum Qualifications
