A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist (FULLY REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Triage and manage support tickets using ITSM principles and tools, primarily ServiceNow
Provide troubleshooting for technical issues and create clear documentation for processes and solutions
Support project activities related to an ongoing cloud migration
Required Qualifications
Experience in technical troubleshooting and support
Proficiency in triaging tickets within an ITSM framework
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
Demonstrated ability to produce clear and concise documentation
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
