Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of IT support, resolving issues through various methods
Support and manage Microsoft 365 applications and user account management
Troubleshoot basic networking issues and oversee new hire onboarding
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of IT support experience (help desk, service desk, or desktop support)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN)
Experience with a ticketing system and troubleshooting end-user issues
