A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist II to provide high-quality technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive support for hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems
Perform routine maintenance, updates, and assist in the implementation of automated deployment solutions
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalations and document processes in ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of IT support or desktop support experience
Proficiency with Windows and macOS; familiarity with Linux preferred
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP, VPNs)
Experience with identity and access management (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
