Skills / Experience

8 plus years relevant work experience

Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format

Attention to detail critical

Experience in working with multi-cultural and remote contacts required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrates strong organizational skills and has ability to track the progress of multiple inquiries and tasks effectively

Experience supporting financial and operational aspects of a Professional Services organization preferred

Position can be fully remote in the US as long as ability to travel as required

Reporting to an Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Success in this role means delivering results on project financial management activities including transaction controls, project hours management and forecasting, EACs, milestone management, invoicing and billing.

Major functions of this position may include but are not limited to :

Project Support

Project Creation and Modifications

Maintain Project Transaction controls

Project Hours management and Forecasting

Support PMs in the EAC Process

Milestone management and revenue

Monitor Writeoffs (WAR) and Maintain Non-bill tasks

Monitor and action Credit Holds

Customer Invoicing and Billing

Project Closure

Support day-to-day operations for the organization

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $75,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
