Job Description

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and documentation.
• Analyze process data and address non-conformances, low yields, or quality issues.
• Partner with Maintenance to improve equipment uptime and reduce downtime using RCA and CI methods.
• Support and lead cross-functional projects; mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 (CGMP).
• Implement new equipment and processes from specification to validation.
• Develop training materials and support technical onboarding for manufacturing personnel.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device preferred).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, RCA, and process validation.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and ERP systems (e.g., IQMS).
• Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Base salary between $95,000 - $115,000 depending on level of experience
