• Team leadership Key Responsibilities :
• Lead daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, OSHA standards
• Supervise interdisciplinary teams across clinical and administrative departments
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate admissions, care plans, and family communications
• Uphold high standards of safety, dignity, and resident care
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and corporate leadership
