Descripción del trabajo30% commission on upscale services 100% of gratuities 5% commission on product sales Average take-home : $77$104 / hour (based on services performed + tips) Organic oils from The Organic Pharmacy (exclusive U.S. spa partner) Custom Lemi massage tables & Comphy linens Complimentary hot stones, cupping, heated pillows & sauna Premium body rituals featuring herbal poultices, scrubs, and muds We handle marketing, bookings & scheduling All back bar supplies, linens, and laundry provided Reception staff supports check-ins, service prep & rebooking Upscale clients who prioritize quality, self-care & professionalism Respectful team culture that values kindness, integrity, and growth Deliver custom 6090 min massage sessions Perform body treatments using scrubs, masks, poultices & oils Operate Aemotio Spa Bed (training provided) Collaborate with front desk and fellow providers to create 5-star guest experiences Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and brand standards NC Massage & Bodywork Therapy License Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in spa, wellness, or clinical setting Availability Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays Professional appearance, excellent hygiene, and strong communication Desire to grow your craft and be part of a team You prefer to work independently without structure or protocols Youre not interested in expanding your skill set or collaborating as a team Youre unable to reliably commit to a set schedule

Driftwood Yoga, Spa & Boutique is Denvers destination for luxury wellness, offering curated spa services, yoga, and a high-touch guest experience. We're hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our boutique team and grow into exclusive European-inspired spa rituals.
