Bilingual Fulfillment Associate

A company is looking for a Bilingual Fulfillment Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Complete internal orders for fulfillment through various vendor sites

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls for customer engagement

Ensure accurate data entry and maintain ongoing accounts

Required Qualifications

Fluency in both English and Spanish

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to navigate multiple platforms and adapt to new technology

Must be 18 years of age or older
