Automation & Controls Engineer

Join a dynamic manufacturing team as an Automation & Controls Engineer, where you'll lead electrical systems and automation initiatives in a 24 / 7 mineral wool insulation facility.

This mid-senior level role supports plant operations, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic growth projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and optimize electrical / control systems across production lines.
• Lead automation upgrades, standardization efforts, and documentation of legacy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety, quality, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Support IT, HR, and safety systems including access control and plant security.

Qualifications :

Preferred Skills : Cognex Vision, Wonderware, Genetec, AutoCAD / Visio, Lean / Six Sigma, SAP

This is a hands-on role with exposure to both office and plant environments. Candidates must be comfortable working around heavy machinery and variable conditions.
