Overview

Summary

Performs quality document review activities in accordance with established procedures.

$2000 sign on bonus!

Pay Scale : $22.00-25.00

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reviews, files, and maintains Quality Documentation.
  • Scans Records into ERP by job
  • Administrative duties for quality management systems document control, revisions, document numbers and formatting.

  • Standard operating procedures
  • Work instructions
  • Archiving documents
  • Maintains the work area in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
  • Helps develop and create production job folders.
  • Responsible for assuring that assigned activities are performed in accordance with the Quality Management System.

    • Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to contractual requirements.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with AS9100, ISO 13485 and FDA Quality System Regulations.
  • Experience with an ERP system, Epicor a plus.

    • Language Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

    • Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    • Computer Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
