Merchant Services Consultant

A company is looking for a Merchant Services Representative to support the growth of their Merchant Services portfolio through client consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls to clients for credit card processing consultations

Consult with merchants to recommend efficient and cost-effective products

Convert client leads into merchant account applications using a consultative sales approach

Required Qualifications

Self-motivated and quick learner

Strong work ethic and openness to coaching

Knowledge of computers and ability to navigate systems

Technical aptitude to learn about point of sale systems and credit card terminals

Merchant services or banking experience is helpful, but not required
