Customer Service Rep

We are MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) & we strive to treat all of our team members like family. Our goal is to get to know each team member & help you accomplish your goals whether it is a career with us or just earning some extra cash!

Job Description

  • Provide a fun, happy, & exciting environment for our Customers while taking orders.
  • Uphold & represent a rock-solid brand image.
  • Ensure our stores are kept clean & sanitized for our Team & Customers.
  • Get into the action & make perfect product all the time.
  • Learn organizational & inventory skills.
  • Provide amazing Customer service.
  • Execute time management skills & the ability to multi-task in a competitive work environment.
  • Help be part of the pizza industry that is leading in technology by using the most advanced equipment.
  • Demonstrate your own style while working in a diverse work environment.
  • The ability to take ownership in resolving problems.
  • Operate all equipment inside the store.

    • We are hiring for ALL SHIFTS !

  • Day Shift - 10am - 5pm
  • Dinner Shift - 4 / 5pm - 9 / 10pm
  • Closing Shift - 5 / 6pm - 1am

    • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • You must be 16 years of age or older & possess a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication & basic math skills to count change.
  • Be outgoing, have a positive, upbeat attitude with strong communication & verbal skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, & lift up to 25 pounds.
