This position will coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro / Mechanical Tech resources to support the plant as required. Continuous improvement recommendations are expected in order to improve processes and systems corporate wide. This position will also assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of this equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all activities / persons associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions at a given Ashley location. This could include building, machine, and supports groups depending upon the location.What Do You Need?Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assembliesKnowledge of with troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assembliesKnowledge of programming PLCs, HMIs as well as PC based systems a plusKnowledge of working with three phase power as well as a variety of different control voltages a must.Ability to use all shop toolsAbility to use all testing and measuring equipment and tools required to maintain or repair electromechanical control systemsWho We AreAt Ashley, were more than a businesswere family.
