Welders Wanted – Build What Matters

Location : Rockford, IL

Shifts Available : 1st (6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM) & 2nd (2 : 00 PM – 12 : 30 AM)

Pay : $25–$32+ / hr + $5 / hr 2nd shift premium

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Weld and fabricate custom metal components using MIG (and TIG if you’ve got it!)
• Fit and prep parts using fixtures and blueprints—no guesswork here
• Handle plate thicknesses up to 3 / 8" regularly, and up to 1 / 2" occasionally
• Operate overhead cranes to position weldments safely and efficiently
• Perform minor assembly and finishing tasks to complete the job
• Keep your work clean, safe, and up to spec—every time
