  • Qualifications :
  • Active BCaBA certification
  • Active state license (LABA) or willingness to obtain
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and engage in physical activities
  • Provide excellent references and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD and other developmental and learning delays or behavioral needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Willingness to seek and implement feedback readily
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full time availability during business hours (8 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM, Monday thru Friday)
  • Desire to transition into a BCBA position in the future
  • Client Treatment :

    • Consistently conduct supervision sessions with direct therapists and provide direct therapy sessions to clients.
    • Use clinical decision making to determine appropriate treatment goals and behavior plans per assessment results.
    • Review and update each clients clinical records every 6 months.
    • Exhibit consistent flexibility within day-to-day interactions, schedule changes, and programming as needed.
    • Submit completed reports to Clinical Director by assigned due dates for edits / feedback.
    • Proactively coordinate and participate in collaboration meetings with outside providers (e.g., speech therapists, school providers).
    • Stay current with modern ABA literature, including assent-based and trauma-informed approaches, and maintain CEUs.
    • Familiarity with ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, EFL, and other assessment tools. (Preferred)
    • Hours / Timeliness :

    • Timely responses to communications within 24 business hours.
    • Collaborate effectively with supervising BCBA (any needed fieldwork hours will be provided).
    • Independently manage caseload, schedule, and meet billable requirements.
    • Facilitate one team meeting per client case monthly (including all supervisors & therapists).
    • Conduct at least one Caregiver Collaboration meeting monthly.
    • Provide supervision to clients and therapists to meet company metrics.
    • Provide a majority of supervision appointments in person, with telehealth only used as a last resort in extenuating circumstances as approved by clinical director.
    • Administrative :

    • Maintain updated trackers and systems for clients and work.
    • Manage administrative tasks independently and on time.
    • Use discretion to escalate issues to the clinical director or resolve them independently.
    • Attend regular weekly or monthly meetings as assigned.
    • Manage difficult situations and conversations with staff, caregivers, and stakeholders.
    • Maintain professional language and tone in all emails and communications to stakeholders and coworkers.
    • Maintain a positive and collaborative environment with colleagues and supervisors.
    • Desire to offer suggestions to improve clinical quality across the company, and willingness to take on new tasks or assignments to aid in this mission.
