SR. Validation Engineer

An employer is looking for a Sr. Validation Engineer to join their active and dynamic team. In this role the successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of products, technologies, and hardware enabling them to develop skills in these areas. This individual will be analyzing product requirements, crafting test plans, and designing test setups to verify the company's acoustic camera product, ensuring they it is fully functional in accordance with their quality standard.

Writing test scripts in Python

Software Engineering experience

5-7 years experience testing hardware

Hardware related skills :

o Understanding products functions and parameters from electronics point of view

o Experience with hardware development process

o Understanding of electronic hardware principles, circuits, and troubleshooting

o usage of equipment for DC, LF, and RF measurements.

Experience reporting tests and creating test plans

Bug tracking and bug creation experience on hardware

Working knowledge using Jira

Knowledge of verification and validation process, test strategies, and requirements management.

Ability to work with ambiguity and use good judgement and decision-making skills.

Alternatively, experience from production testing of electronics and knowledge of productions test systems

Certified permissions to install and operate electrical equipment.

Motivated to deliver results and drive daily progress, even on complicated issues.

Ability to think analytically and solve problems.

Critical thinker with good communication skills
