Key Responsibilities

Enable and empower efficiency by providing resources and support for the Competitive Sales team

Partner cross-functionally to identify performance gaps and deliver impactful training

Drive impact by measuring success through engagement and adoption of enablement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Familiarity with an end-to-end sales cycle and sales metrics

Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training for a sales audience

Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Strong collaborative skills across departments

Ability to identify performance gaps and propose measurable solutions
