Lead IT Instructor

A company is looking for a Lead Instructor for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and manage up to two cohorts of students in assigned academic delivery methodologies

Provide leadership and training to Instructors to enhance their teaching skills and student support

Plan and deliver curriculum while monitoring student progress and engagement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent education and experience

A minimum of 3 years of practical work experience in the IT industry within the last 10 years

At least 2 years of experience in classroom and online instruction preferred

Ability to obtain relevant certifications for the courses being taught

Experience in providing constructive feedback and enhancing academic programs
