Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with and cultivate leads from our Zillow Flex lead system.
• Coordinate and conduct home showings and property inspections.
• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the most advantageous price under the best terms.
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Establish networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
• Remain updated about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements:

• Ability to work autonomously paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Quick thinker with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
• Active Real Estate License

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
