Agency staff members perform a fundamental role in servicing customers, supporting agents, and building strong relationships with the community both on the phone and in person.

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Have a proficiency in written and oral communication.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must feel comfortable on the phones.
