Quality Assurance

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA with experience in end-to-end regression testing for streaming video applications on native OTT devices.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously, and familiarity with API interactions and logging tools.

This role involves manual testing across platforms such as Samsung, Xumo, and others, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end regression testing on streaming platforms across devices including Samsung TV, Xumo, Roku, Apple TV, Smart TVs, and mobile phones.
• Validate APIs to ensure proper interaction between streaming devices and backend services.
• Conduct logging and analysis using tools like Splunk or Client's Proxy.
• Take ownership of one primary streaming platform while supporting QA activities across up to six platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Document and report defects using tools such as JIRA, and support resolution tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and quality standards.
