The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon with an interest in upper extremity trauma care to join our collegial and well-established team in Fremont / San Leandro. Team Composition : 12 surgeons (6 Total Joint, 3 Sports, 2 Hand, 1 Trauma)
Collaborative Model : Work closely with 14 experienced Physician Assistants
Surgical Focus : Orthopedic Hand practice with dedicated time and clinics for Hand trauma cases
OR Time : 1–2 days per week
Call Schedule : 1 call every 12 days (Level 2 / 3 community trauma)
Supportive Infrastructure : Strong systems in place for outpatient care and surgical coordination
