Facility Details : Practice Type : Certified Rural Health Clinic (not FQHC) Clinic Size : 6 operatories Location : Kentucky, approximately 1 hour from Nashville, TN Specialties / Services Offered : General dentistry with a focus on restorative, surgical procedures (crowns, fillings, extractions, partials) Pediatric Care : 15% of patient base is under 12 years old Clinical Equipment : All digital equipment, including EClinicalWorks EMR and DexIS imaging system Average Patient Volume : 20-22 patients per day Hours of Operation : Monday-Thursday, 7 : 30 AM-5 : 30 PM (Fridays off every other week) 80% medicaid - can pay more if higher volume to make up for no shows Support Staff : 1 part-time hygienist, 1 part-time dentist (currently out for cancer treatment), 1 dental assistant (ideally 2 assistants will be added), office manager Loan Repayment Program : $50,000 per year, renewable Call Schedule : No call required. Emergency calls are handled by the office manager, with telephonic consultation available on rare occasions if needed.
