Position : RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Tulsa, Oklahoma — earn up to ($2048 - $2156 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.

Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Utilize performance metrics to track personal and team success.

Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff effectively.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices.

Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in Oklahoma or compact state.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Experience in operating room settings, preferably as a Travel RN.

Ability to monitor and interpret patient vitals during surgery.

Familiarity with performance metrics and accountability measures.

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills with medical staff.

Willingness to assist in training new staff and sharing knowledge.
