Descripción del trabajoEarn $0.54–$0.60 CPM based on experience. Weekly gross typically falls between $1,200 and $1,500. Detention after 2 hours : $12.50 / hr. Layover or breakdown : $100 / day. $1,000 sign-on : $500 after your first load and $500 after 30 days. Up to 3 CPM in performance incentives. Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, RX, 401k) after 30 days. Valid CDL-A, age 21+. Minimum 3 months recent solo tractor–trailer experience. Solid work record and clean MVR / PSP. No DUI in the last 5 years. DOT drug screen and medical card required.

Job Details
- Regional operation with a guaranteed weekly home reset.
- Mileage runs between 2,200 and 2,500 per week.
- Average trip is roughly 300 miles.
- All freight is no-touch, with 50–60% drop & hook.
- 2021+ automatic Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth.
- Drivers are allowed to park the truck at home.
