Machine Maintenance Engineer - 2nd shift (2 : 45 - 11 : 00PM)
The Engineer for Maintenance Team will be responsible for troubleshooting and Programming robot application, conveyor system, equipment and process / equipment monitoring systems.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
SAP Operations
- Enter preventive, general, and breakdown maintenance data into SAP
- Create and update the preventive maintenance task list and ensure reliability
- Create and update function location and equipment numbers
- Review and report equipment, equipment downtime, damage codes, downtime causes, countermeasures, and maintenance repair / replace activities
- Print, install, and manage barcode labels on machines
- Control the preventive maintenance process with tablet PCs, trains hourly team members
General Operations
Collaborates with QC to perform annual equipment inspections and tool measuringEvaluates and compares equipment history to update in SAPManages the equipment maintenance manualPrepare weekly work summary reportAssist maintenance management as neededPlanning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, repairs for MNAe Plant IinePlanning equipment improvement schedules for MNAe Plant IineControl equipment downtime / MTTR / MTBF / 3R5S / Improvement for MNAe Plant IineControl weekly / monthly result and plan for MNAe Plant lineControl equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for MNAe Plant lineReport results and improvement plan for MNAe Plant Iine PM planning for equipment'sPlanning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, repairs for MNAe Plant lineSupport equipment materials and spare parts accuracy for MNAe Plant LineSupport to list-up for inconsistency of equipments with countermeasure.Support and update improvements to equipment for MNAe Plant LineSupport for repairing partsProject related to equipment
Supporting with new equipment installation with engineering cooperation.Inspection for new equipment and creating plan for training team members.Supervisory Responsibilities : Yes

Required Education & Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical EngineeringOne or more years of experience with industrial maintenanceRequired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to achieve timely resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillSome knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systemsPreferred Education & Experience :
Automotive manufacturing experienceExperience with SAPExperience with PLCCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations : None
Working Conditions
60% on the production floor, 40% in the officeExtensive walking and standing on the production floorOccasional bending and stoopingAfter temporarily working with the 1st shift , we plan to work in the 2nd shift in 2025.
