Attorney- Family Law

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. If you have a passion for helping families navigate legal challenges and a strong background in family law, we want to hear from you.

• Duties
• Provide expert legal counsel in family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property issues.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediation, and negotiations.
• Prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Maintain a high level of client communication and ensure their needs are met with care and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information in compliance with legal standards.
• Experience
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
• Proficiency in legal research techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of family law procedures, terminology, and pleadings.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and legal professionals.
