About The Position

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens position in Wisconsin, starting Mar 9, 2026. This full-time assignment is expected to follow a Monday through Friday schedule, with the exact hours to be determined. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in advanced procedures and emergency care.

Job Details

  • Start Date : Mar 9, 2026
  • Provider Type Needed : Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner
  • Schedule : Full time; more than likely Monday through Friday (exact schedule to be determined)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform intubations, central line placements, ultrasound-guided procedures, lumbar punctures, and chest tube insertions as preferred
  • Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Adhere to established clinical guidelines and safety standards

    • Additional Information

  • Must possess valid Wisconsin state license
  • Required board certification in Emergency Medicine
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
  • Board certified or board eligible candidates will be considered
