We run high-volume campaigns that require precision, communication, and process discipline.

We’re looking for an Operations Lead to own delivery systems, process optimization, and campaign logistics across multiple accounts.

Role Overview

The Operations Lead keeps the agency running efficiently managing timelines, deliverables, reporting, and workflow across creative, client, and media teams.

You’ll own the operational cadence that ensures every campaign is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client goals.

This is a hybrid of project management and operations leadership perfect for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and measurable output.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and communication channels for all active accounts.

Partner with the Creative Director and Client Director to prioritize deliverables and allocate resources.

Manage reporting cadence and ensure performance data is distributed on time.

Track utilization, bandwidth, and workload across the creative team.

Document and optimize processes for onboarding, creative testing, and campaign renewals.

Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to maintain flow and margin.

Support hiring, onboarding, and contractor coordination as the agency scales.

Qualifications

5+ years in operations, project management, or delivery roles within a marketing or creative agency.

Deep familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.).

Excellent communication and prioritization skills.

Analytical mindset comfortable interpreting campaign data and KPIs.

Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and proactive in anticipating issues.

Experience managing distributed or offshore creative teams preferred.

Compensation & Environment

Salary : $80K$100K , depending on experience

Performance bonus tied to delivery efficiency and margin improvement
