Administrative Receptionist
Endeavor Health Services is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Administrative Receptionist to join our administrative office team in West Seneca. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a high-skill environment and is committed to excellence in operational efficiency, communication, and organizational management. The Administrative Receptionist will serve as a first point of contact for visitors and partners, ensuring seamless office operations and supporting executive-level administrative functions.
The successful candidate will :
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Liberal Arts with a minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative role which required independent judgment and task completion.
OR
Associate's Degree with a minimum of three (3) years experience in an administrative role which required independent judgment and task completion.
AND
Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks with precision, professionalism, and high attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple high-level tasks, and capacity to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation required for local travel between offices and supply locations.
