The Freight Operations Supervisor leads and manages all aspects of freight operations in a warehouse and transportation environment, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance with regulations. This role requires supervising staff, developing work procedures, scheduling, and enforcing policies to meet production goals within the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry. The position demands leadership skills, knowledge of DOT and hazardous materials regulations, and physical capability to perform various manual tasks in a dynamic setting.

Hours : This position will primarily be an overnight position, M-F from 8 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am

What you need to succeed as a Freight Operations Supervisor at XPO

Minimum qualifications :

• 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
