Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical, clinical, and operational roles

Build and scale recruiting processes and metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in technical recruiting
Proven success hiring across technical, clinical, and operational roles in high-growth startups
Experience scaling recruiting operations from early-stage to growth-phase organizations
Deep understanding of engineering skill sets and success in filling technical roles
Proficiency with ATS systems and a focus on data integrity and analytics-driven insights
