The Opportunity

This position works out of our Abbott Park, IL or Willis Tower location within the GENC General Counsel division.

The Senior IT Contracts Specialist plays a key role within the Abbott Commercial Legal team, serving as the primary liaison for IT contract matters. This position supports contract negotiation and drafting, ensures compliance with internal policies and laws and regulations, and leads initiatives related to training, process improvement, and template development. The role requires close collaboration with Corporate Legal attorneys and paralegals, Global Procurement, business stakeholders, and external partners to drive efficient and compliant contracting practices.

The base pay for this position is $66,700.00 $133,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
