Position Summary

The Matter Greeter is a front-of-house hospitality role responsible for warmly welcoming guests and guiding them through our innovative ordering process. This individual will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and informative experience for customers utilizing our self-service kiosks and mobile app. They will be passionate about our company's mission and adept at clearly communicating our menu offerings

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to assist
• Educate customers on the functionality of our kiosk and mobile app ordering systems
• Provide clear and concise explanations of menu items and ingredients
• Articulate the company's mission, vision, and uniqueness with respect to precision nutrition
• Proactively identify and address any customer questions or concerns regarding the ordering process or menu
• Troubleshoot and communicate minor technical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized ordering area, ensuring kiosks are operational and tidy
• Collaborate through expo to kitchen to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement of the ordering process and overall experience
