Descripción del trabajoMust have an active RN license in New Mexico. Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required. ACLS and CPR certifications are mandatory. PALS and NRP certifications are desirable. Prior experience in PACU, critical care, or a surgical setting is a plus. Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU - Full Time
MLR is hiring a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct-hire opportunity in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a top healthcare facility located near Paguate, NM!
Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU :
- Deliver exceptional care to post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia, prioritizing their safety and comfort.
- Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts, with no on-call required.
- Monitor patient vitals, manage pain, and check for post-surgical complications.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
- Provide education to patients and their families about post-op recovery and home care procedures.
- Keep accurate patient records, following hospital protocols and guidelines.
