Before founding our company, we conducted an exhaustive analysis of the mortgage servicing industry and gained valuable insight into the problems facing mortgage servicers and their customers. With that insight, we set out to build a different kind of servicing company from the ground up.

We continue to create innovative new solutions for the mortgage banking industry with a specific focus on loan portfolio management, loan origination, servicing, and related niches. We're currently seeking the best and brightest minds that possess superior analytical and communication skills to join our teams across the country.

Qualifications include :

• Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience
• College degree preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer operations
• Willingness to rotate shifts, if needed
• Ability to learn quickly
• Courteous, with strong customer service orientation
• Dependable, attentive to detail
• Good listening skills
• Adaptive to change
• Problem-solving skills
