    • Senior Associate Attorney
    • with
    • 6+ years of personal injury litigation experience

    • This role is ideal for a confident litigator who thrives on taking ownership of complex cases, mentoring junior attorneys, and delivering outstanding results for clients. You’ll join a collaborative team of seasoned trial lawyers dedicated to fighting for the rights of injured individuals while maintaining a strong work-life balance and a supportive culture.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • Manage all aspects of litigation from
    • case inception through trial or settlement
    • Handle
    • discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances
    • Draft and argue
    • complex motions, pleadings, and briefs
    • Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
    • Collaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and case managers to move cases efficiently through all stages.
    • Oversee and guide junior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and workflow.
    • Maintain superior attention to detail and time management while handling multiple active files.
    • Qualifications
    • Required :
    • Licensed to practice law in the State of California
    • and in good standing.
    • 7–8 years of litigation experience
    • , specifically in
    • Personal Injury
    • Strong experience with
    • discovery, motion practice, and depositions
    • Exceptional
    • legal writing, research, and analytical skills
    • Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Preferred :
    • Trial experience
    • or first-chair trial participation.
    • Experience handling
    • catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or high-value PI cases
    • Leadership experience in mentoring or supervising junior attorneys.
