• Licenses : Active WV license preferred (willing to license if needed)
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS preferred
• DEA : Required
• Clean background DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide Urology services for hospital-based and outpatient settings
• Perform surgical procedures (preferred)
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day (Outpatient)
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation
• Collaborate with support staff and specialty backup as available
