Job Title : Marketing Associate

Location : Raleigh, NC

Job Type : Full-time

About Us :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving marketing initiatives and supporting the overall marketing strategy of our organization. As a Marketing Associate, you will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of various marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for effective marketing strategies.
  • Create and update engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Help manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).
